WHAT EVEN IS READY?
Are you setting up an audition calendar? Sprucing up your Actors Access profile? Finding new songs + monologues?
Maybe the key isn't only new headshots, a revamped “book,” and another coaching.
Because, it's not really just about this "audition season" and booking a summer gig in '25.
Actors spend a huge amount of their lives between gigs. This program is about shifting it from something that is fraught and challening to something that feels hopeful, life-giving + creative!
I know I'll start off strong, but after a few "no's" it's hard to maintain hope and enjoy the journey.
I'm self sabotaging with procrastination, comparison, and self-judgment.
I tend to spin my wheels in overwhelm and confusion never knowing what next step to take.
I'm feeling defeated before it's begun.
I'm pretty confident in myself, but I could use some support in reconnecting with my audacious dreams.
I want it so badly, but the stakes feel so high and my anxiety wins in the room.
You ENJOY auditioning! You are deeply connected to WHY you're doing this in the first place.
You're no longer afraid of your inner critic/gremlin and you know how to meet that voice without fear of it taking over.
You have a community of artists around you committing to audition season in a NEW way!
You feel connected with your inner FIRE for storytelling + you're electric in the audition room!
You finish audition season + call it a success whether or not you book a show.
You know, no matter what, you've got your own back.
You SHOW UP + do the damn thing.

But what happens when you’re down to the wire after four grueling callbacks and don’t get the part?
Or you’ve got eight open calls to attend this week and a “survival” job?

Led by Denis Lambert (Spamalot, Tammy Faye the Musical), Patrick O'Neil (Director/ Choreographer/ Broadway actor), Jenna Leigh Miller (Actor, Social Media Expert), + Rachel Weinfeld (Non-Union with Heart Over Hustle) - covering a WIDE array of topics from self-tapes to mastering the audition room, navigating EPAs/ECCs, and so much more.
You'll have a pre-audition meditation, a meditation to embody your Main Character Energy + a meditation to support you when you get a painful "no thank you"
You'll also receive podcast episodes that will support your journey.

I'm an actor / singer / coach / storyteller / risker-taker + perspective expander. (Not necessarily in that order.)
I've appeared in the Broadway productions of School of Rock, Hello, Dolly!, The King and I, and On the Twentieth Century as well as concert stages around the world.
My primary passion now lies in supporting ambitious, wild dreamers as a Soulful Ambition coach. I've followed my own soul’s breadcrumbs all the way to Colorado where I spend my time as a full-time coach, Mama to two young boys and cultivating deep community connections.
Patrick O’Neill was last represented on Broadway as the Associate Choreographer of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s hit musical School of Rock, which he also staged in Sydney, Melbourne, and Seoul. He served as the Associate Choreographer on the Broadway bound musical The Heart of Rock and Roll, celebrating the music of Huey Lewis, and on Ever After, a musical adaptation of the 1998 film.
As a director, he is developing and co-writing Vacancy, as well as the new American play ‘Life, Liberty’ starring Anupam Kher. In 2023 he directed the London premiere of On The Edge, a new musical from composer Sam Hall which also he co-wrote.
As an Assistant Choreographer, he developed Barry Manilow’s Harmony for Center Theatre Group in Los Angeles and The Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, The Nutty Professor with Jerry Lewis and Marvin Hamlisch, and the Broadway revival of On A Clear Day You Can See Forever starring Harry Connick, Jr and Jessie Mueller.
He has staged concerts for Tony Award winner Kelli O’Hara with the Boston Pops and for MarioCantone on ABC’s “The View” celebrating Barbara Walters and opening the show’s 14th Season.
As a teacher, he has served on staff for Britney Spears’ and Usher’s performing arts intensives. Learn more at www.patrickoneill.me / @itspatrickoneill

"Analisa has a way of creating a safe, trusting environment. Thank you, Analisa, for helping me rediscover my power!"
Analisa’s voice in our industry not only exists as a bright light in what often feels like scary darkness, but her work has completely changed the way I fundamentally show up in every artistic space.
Performing artists are too-often conditioned to think about our field in terms of scarcity, lack, and deprivation. This leads to widespread stress, anxiety, and burnout. Analisa is single-handedly changing this paradigm with her work, and it's not hyperbole to say that she’s not only changing the game itself… She also happens to be changing peoples’ lives.
"Analisa creates an environment so you feel safe to be vulnerable and connect to subconscious thoughts that might be holding you back. It’s an opportunity to shift on a deep level. To stop holding yourself back."
100%...but you have to be willing to get uncomfortable, face your fears in the eye, and suspend your disbelief. If you're not willing to go all in that's as far as the transformation will go too.
I don't know! The idea for it came fast and furious and I feel like I'm birthing a creative baby into the world. I have no clue if I'll be called to offer it again in the future so if it's singing to you now, join us!!
No! Whether you're non-union and are just starting out or you're a seasoned Broadway veteran you'll be able to apply the practices, tools, and teachings to your BIG DREAMS.
Recordings of each call will be available within 24 hours AND you will have access to these recordings until May 1st!
Disclaimer: While we cannot guarantee taking this program will lead to booking a show this season, we can guarantee deep changes that will last longer than any contract.
